Y type seal ring is widely used in single hydraulic prop. Because of the vertical movement of the single hydraulic prop, the ordinary O-ring and sealing ring can not meet the requirements of high pressure sealing, but the Y-ring can meet the requirements. When Y ring is installed, the lip should be on the side of the high pressure to play a role, so Y ring can only work in one direction.

The cross section of y-type seal ring is y-shaped, which is a typical lip seal ring. Widely used in reciprocating dynamic sealing device, its service life is longer than o-ring seal. The applicable working pressure of Y-type sealing ring is not more than 40MPa.

Working speed range: 0. 01 ~ 0. 6m/s when the rubber is used; When fluorine rubber is used, it is 0.05-0.3 m/s. When polyurethane rubber is used, it is 0.01 ~ LM /s. The sealing performance, service life and working pressure limit of the y-type sealing ring are all based on polyurethane rubber material.

Functional purpose:

For reciprocating hydraulic cylinder, cylinder piston or piston rod seal. When the working pressure fluctuates greatly, the support ring needs to be used together, and the retaining ring needs to be added under high pressure.
